
Ruane-TATI Sdn Bhd go further by offering professional skills services, expertise in Non Destructive Testing (NDT) for overseas companies.
Chairman of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Human Resources State Committee, YB Haji Ahmad Razif Bin Abd Rahman, said the
cooperation with Indonesia was able to achieve industry demands between the two neighboring countries.
"Ruane-TATI Sdn Bhd is generally known since 1996 as a center that produce NDT experts and definitely ready to go even further by offering professional services to countries that need
our expertise," he said in MOU signing ceremony between Ruane-TATI and Indonesian
Institute of NDT (IINDT) held at the Harmony One, Batam, Indonesia, on 28 January.
Also present, Dr. Mohd Rozailan Mamat @ Ibrahim (TATiUC's Rector), Mohd Ali Bin
Mohamad (Ruane-TATI's GM), Berry Wiraprima (IINDT's Director) and Tim Polinelli (GM of UT Quality,Batam).
Ahmad Razif hopes the collaboration will be continued for a longterm as it is useful and beneficial to both parties. Meanwhile, Tim Polinelli said, he hopes to upgrade his staff to a high level of quality professional certificate of PCN (Personnel Certificate in Non-destructive Testing), which is recognized by BINDT and most countries in the world.
He said the UT Quality so far sent more than 5 employees to IINDT since cooperate with Ruane-TATI and will continued.
The MOU between the two parties also needed Ruane-TATI to ensure training and examination running smoothly in IINDT by sending qualified instructors
and examiners, in addition of the recognition by the
British Institute of Non-destructive Testing (BINDT). IINDT
will be doing marketing and provide class facilities, equipments and welfare of students.
